RG came to fix a broken spring and weather seal. They made sure the door was actually functioning before leaving. The door runs smoother than it was before. He fit me in their busy schedule even though I’m in St. Joseph. This is a HOA Townhouse community so I’m going to spread the good word. Thanks
I highly recommend RG Garage Door Service, two different times we've had problems with our doors and Reggie has went above and beyond to fix the problems. FYI, these doors were not installed by RG Door but Reggie never hesitates to help when I call.
Reggie fixed our garage door springs quickly, and since they weren't as complicated as expected, he charged us less than quoted. That's honesty thats hard to find. I would absolutely recommend RG Garage Door Service.
Reggie previously did great service work on our old garage doors. Just installed 2 new garage doors & they look great! Fantastic service, competitive pricing, & good quality selection of doors to choose from. Not only is Reggie very professional, he's also a really nice guy that knows what he's doing. Highly recommend if looking for someone to work on existing doors/openers or wanting new doors/openers. Very reputable. Love our new garage doors!
