I paid $35 for what I thought would be an authentic scan of pdf instruction manual. Instead, I received a poor-quality scan, uneven and not easy to print with extra “notes” written all over it. When I contacted the owner, not only was the quality issue dismissed, but I was told I made the ‘wrong decision.’ The tone was condescending, placing blame on me rather than addressing my concerns. Ultimately, I found the original manual for $8 on eBay in near mint condition. One star, not just for the product, but for how Joseph Oliver, the owner, handled the issue. As a business owner myself my clients satisfaction comes first even if I dont always agree with their complaints.

Joe is a real craftsman with a true interest and deep knowledge of vintage stoves. He has serviced my stove for years, and he is always responsive and diligent.
