They deployed professional-grade equipment and came back repeatedly to monitor moisture levels and check on progress. Fred stayed in constant communication with me through phone calls and texts, even when he was monitoring from his office. What impressed me most was their attention to detail and communication. They documented everything thoroughly with photos and moisture readings, and went out of their way to communicate with my insurance carrier throughout the process.
