My 84 year old mother called these folks to come and check her heat pump. They came and looked and told her she had to have a new unit for $7600.00. I don’t live locally so I asked my son (who does live locally) to help her get someone. He has a friend that is an hvac guy and he went and checked the unit. He replaced a part, which fixed it and charged her $100.00. That being said, I suspect the 100 dollar charge was way too cheap. I suspect that could be because my mom is an old woman . The troubling element to me is , was that the same reason for the price from the other company. Maybe it was just a mistake. You will have to decide on your own about that.
