We had Marcelle, Keith, and James come by to dry out all of the moisture in our home, and they were absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Their communication was consistent and clear, and they worked efficiently while still being incredibly friendly and respectful of our space. Each of them did an excellent job, but Marcelle especially went above and beyond. He took the extra time to thoroughly explain every step of the process, what needed to be done, why it was necessary, and what we could expect moving forward. Their professionalism, knowledge, and kindness made a stressful situation so much easier. We truly appreciate their hard work and highly recommend them. We have not received our estimate yet so I can’t comment on price!
