I'm not even sure this business is real. They seem to only have AI agents on call and text who don't coordinate with humans. I was charged for an appointment but they were not able to fix my phone after making 2 appointments and I still have not gotten a refund or verified that this isn't simply a scam. AVOID
Sir & Dominique are fantastic; their patience and customer service are exceptional. Not only did they assist me with a purchase of a new device but they also offered solutions to replace the screen on my current device and lend me a phone until my one came in. They were super attentive to my problems and cleaned my headphones while I set up my new device. An outstanding work duo, I will be returning to them for my future purchases. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH!!!
Took my iphone in for a screen replacement only and it was given back with a different battery that overheated to the point of frying the interior components of the phone, rendering it unable to connect to cell service, with an unresponsive screen and unstable battery life. Had to buy a new phone, the trade in value of original phone was reduced to $0 because of the repair damages to the interior components. Very frustrating experience.
I contacted Sir, of Repaired collective to help me with my Samsung smartphone. He was able to diagnose over the phone that I needed a new battery. I was able to make an appointment and have him replace my battery ASAP. I really appreciate that not only did he diagnose my issue quickly but he met me after work at a convenient time for me. Excellent job!
A life saver!!!!!! After Apple told me I had to pay $550 for them to not even fix the phone but only give me a refurbished one or pay $1000 for a new phone. I found Repaired Collective who charged $222 for a new battery, new camera and a new camera lens!! All done within 2hrs.
