Good vibes as soon as I walked in. Personable and knowledgeable. As soon as I described the issue I was having Ethan diagnosed the problem. He then opened the laptop while I was present and was able to confirm his initial diagnosis. He provided an upfront price, which was significantly less than anywhere else I’d been, and gave me an estimated time for completion, which was 7 to 10 days.
