Used this repair shop to troubleshoot a broken computer. For that purpose they did everything that I wanted. Got feedback for what was wrong with my computer for a fair cost.

They had my computer for 5 months, in that time they only called to update me twice. They never managed to fix it, and never even called me to say it was ready for pickup. I had to call them to find that out. Don't come here if you value your time or basic communication.

I'd say that Blaze is quite the professional, not only when it comes to customer service but repair as well! Boy oh boy does this place have it going on! Free coffee too! Come of here you value good customer service and repairs! ๐ป๐ฟ
