Sketch. Directions though GPS was unclear and confusing. No signs or banners to pen point location. Communication was given via text that someone would meet me in the driveway when I arrived. Later received a call saying it would be almost $500 to upgrade to make fast. I respectfully declined. My computer was purchased in 2020 and I didn't use it that much. When I went to retrieve my computer same procedure text when you arrive and some guy will bring it out. Rob at Lewis Computer Service helped fix my laptop (in fact I am a repeat customer). Rob knows his stuff, he charges fair prices (a lot better than what the big box stores charge), and I didn't have to get out of my car. Just pull in the driveway and he'll come out to meet you! Laptop works great, and I'll definitely use LCS again in the future!
