Our church building had three structures that needed to be removed from our back lot, a large block enclosure, a block shed and an old 25’ steel storage container. 702 Demo gave us an attractive quote and promptly demo’d and removed all three without a trace. They even helped us locate the power breaker to the shed and pull all the wires out from under ground to isolate it electrically, at no extra charge. And when they were finished they raked the entire 1 acre lot, which we didn’t even ask for. The area has never looked better. Mike and Cody and the whole team were pleasant to deal with and exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to... We utilized the services of 702Demo for pool removal, and we couldn’t be happier with our results. Extremely hard-working and knowledgable crew! They show up on time and get straight to work. They have a solid plan and execute with precision. They clean up thoroughly at the end of each day and upon job completion. On top of how awesome they are at what they do, they're great people to be around and do business with. We utilized 702 Demo to have our pool filled in. We are very happy they could do it considering our backyard is landlocked in terms of access. Given the labor it took the price was reasonable. 2.5 days later and we are ready to finalize the project with turf installation. Courteous, reliable and did an excellent job. Highly recommend! *Photo is after day 2 progress.

If you need demo work 702 Demo is your best choice. I needed a pool filled ASAP and theses guys not only accommodated me but also did an excellent job. Mike came out to give me an estimate, explained the process, took care of permits and was great at communicating with me from start to finish. Cody and Mario were the guys who did the work. I was very impressed by how professional and hard working they were. You can tell they took pride in their work and had great work ethic. Cody and Mario were very nice and friendly, they went above and beyond the scope of the work to help me with other requests as well. My neighbor even commented on...
