The technician (Jake) showed up about 30 minutes after I called about my mini split unit being inoperable...great response time! The technician was very courteous..he performed a thorough check of the unit, and had it running in short order! He provided me with a detailed explanation of the problem afterwards. Great customer service all around!!
Fantastic service here in Hot Springs Village from Conway. Very nice person and had us fixed quickly. Very impressed.
I hope their service is as great as some of the reviews. Their representation in public by the young man driving this suv through Bryant this afternoon trying to be cool and rattling windows with tremendously unnecessarily loud music as he cut in and out of traffic would not be the image I would hope to receive by someone in my employ. Who knows, maybe he owns the business.
Reliance Heating & Cooling did a GREAT job. The systems were very efficient and have saved us a lot of money. This company has been great to work with. Any time that we have had issues/questions they have been very easy to contact and came to help quickly! We could not be more pleased with their work, communication, and customer service! Would highly recommend!
These guys were recommended by a friend of a friend. I got 2 quotes and their quote was 37% below the other quote for comparable equipment. I also was told by the guy from the first quoting company i contacted that I needed to replace the furnace in my attic. Wayne at Tempco came out and looked at all of it to give me a quote and said the furnace in the attic did NOT necessarily need to be replaced, but he would be glad to do that. I was impressed by his honesty and we decided to replace it anyway since it was old. The guys that did the install were courteous and professional. They were quick and cleaned up after themselves (maybe cleaner than when they arrived). I would definitely use Tempco again. Highly recommend!
