I was notified when Mr.Perkins was on his way. He arrived on time (even a bit early which helped me out). He was polite, friendly, efficient, and explained all that he did with the maintenance. He even went in attic to be sure my heat unit was not having issues. I feel confident that my a.c.unit is in great shape for the summer. Highly recommend!

Doug is an excellent service technician, and I hope he is available for all my future needs. He is very professional in dealing with customers. Also, Doug has been to our home several times to work on our old generator, and to work on the installation of our new generator.
