Harold's Appliance Repair Service

I run a property management company in Anchorage and we always use Harold's first before anyone else whenever possible. Sometimes other guys are available before, but we always get the best customer service and quality with Harolds Appliance Repair. Highly recommend to anyone needing appliance repair!

I spoke with Danielle and was able to get an appointment very quickly. She was a joy to speak with and she was helpful and professional. Keith was very nice and had good knowledge about my dryer. I would recommend this company and not hesitate to contact them for my future appliance repair needs. This company gets all five stars and great big two thumbs up!

After another company left me hanging, I called Harold's and spoke with Danielle. She got me an appt in one day. She knew her tech wasn't going to like it but she felt my pain of having no working dryer for a family of 5 for a week and half while waiting on the other guys! My tech Shane showed up the next day with no complaints and took my dryer apart and fixed it with ease. He was pleasant, professional, courteous and considerate. Shane was properly wearing his PPE and made every effort to not cross contaminate throughout the process. Harold's came through in a pinch! I would highly recommend this company!!! Sean H

Took then five or six visits to try and repair my dishwasher and it still was leaking out the bottom. Paid them at least 600+ dollars listening to them and thinking they would fix it. One visit from Reliable appliance they told me to get a new dishwasher and said the repairs would be more than a new dishwasher. Harolds also came and put back on my belt for my washer/dryer (stackable) next day it fell off. I put it back on and its been on ever since. Wouldn't trust them to come fix anything again.

I hate it when an appliance breaks but I love calling Harold's to fix it, because they are so responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. Both times that Keith has come out (for two separate appliance problems) he has given us honest assessments of what is worth fixing, a concise explanation of the problem and options for solving it, and good estimates. They follow up in a timely manner and the office staff is also professional and helpful. Keith even remembered our dog from a prior repair - so personable! Also safety conscious and wearing a mask without being asked. One of the best companies in town!
