Victor and his crew were very professional and respectful. From the initial consultation, Victor kept us informed of all the details including the work schedule. They were all very polite and worked very hard to convert our swamp cooler to refrigerated air. We were impressed with the complete and final job. I was having trouble with my old HVAC for the past two years. There was a leak in the system. I had several companies come out and tell me what they thought was wrong and what they could do for it. Then I received a recommendation for Refrigerated Solutions! This was a blessing. Victor spent time evaluating my old system and gave recommendations based on his findings. He made sure I understood everything. He priced out a fix for the old system and also gave me an estimate of a new system (which I asked for). I decided to go with the new system. I am so glad I did. Victor did an incredible job at removing the old and putting in the new. He is a ‘perfectionist’! I have never had such a good system with such expert installation. I highly recommend Victor as your HVAC expert!

From the initial call to schedule service, Refrigerated Solutions impressed. Victor was friendly and efficient. He said they'd come out to the store that same afternoon! Victor arrived that afternoon as he said and was professional and respectful. He quickly diagnosed the issue and clearly explained the repair process and pricing. Victor was very knowledgeable and answered all questions patiently. The repair was efficient. Highly recommend. I now call Refrigerated Solutions for all our ac/refrigerated issues we run into at the store because I know I can rely on them to fix it properly and quickly! 10/10 experience!
To state the Victor and Refrigerated Solutions is above and beyond would be a literal understatement. The man and his team are very serious about their work quality and business reputation to the extent that Victor and crew performed a masterful job! I was kept informed of the work progress along with photos and updates. Communication was effortless as Victor ensure I was abreast at every step. I was impressed with his level of professionalism and his commitment to a not only installation quality parts but performing it with the highest personal quality of the build was easy to see. Refrigerates Solutions is an excellent business to work with for services needed in the Ruidoso area. I have a solid belief, and no offense to Victor and his crew, but I won’t be seeing them for at least two (2) decades due to the excellent work.
