A water line broke behind the wall in our garage. I shut the water off and called Maddox. JD was dispatched quickly to our house. He was able to cap off the line and restore water to most of our house. He provided an estimate to reroute the broken line. I accepted the estimate and the work was scheduled for the next day. The next day Brian and Noah arrived. They were polite, professional and efficient. The work was completed that day. The final invoice was actually less than the estimate. JD, Brian and Noah done a great job. I recommend Maddox for any plumbing needs that you may have.

The main office communicated throughout the process, including confirmation of the appointment and a notice that the service person was on his way.
