I called today for someone to come out and install 2 vanity faucets and drains and they were able to get me in right away. Brian came out and did a great job. Very courteous and professional. Consulted me on various aspects of of the job seeking my preferences. Highly recommend.

I have used Maddox for my plumbing needs over the past ten years. They are professional and courteous. The last work they did for me involved getting hot water to a bathroom that was far removed from hot water heater. I am very happy with Carlos' work and would highly recommend him for future needs.

The main office communicated throughout the process, including confirmation of the appointment and a notice that the service person was on his way. I found their rates (hourly plus materials) to be very reasonable. A water line broke behind the wall in our garage. I shut the water off and called Maddox. JD was dispatched quickly to our house. He was able to cap off the line and restore water to most of our house. He provided an estimate to reroute the broken line. I accepted the estimate and the work was scheduled for the next day. The next day Brian and Noah arrived. They were polite, professional and efficient. The work was completed that day. The final invoice was actually less than the estimate. JD, Brian and Noah done a great job. I recommend Maddox for any plumbing needs that you may have.
