My review from today, 1/13/24: Tom Redinger interrupted his family plans to come to my house on single digit degree weekend night to remove carbon from the switch in my furnace. He came in his personal vehicle and we figured out some tools for him to use. Tom was very kind and personable. My whole family is grateful for his help. Redinger has provided excellent service for me over the past 23 years. Thanks so much! My review from 5 years ago: Tyson is the best HVAC person I’ve experienced in my 51 years. Explains mechanics and how to diagnose issues. Also enjoy chatting about life with him.
Our furnace suddenly stopped working in the middle of freezing cold weather. I called around a few places but only redinger heating could come to my house. Eric is a wonderful man with a great skills and knowledge. He fixed our furnace and now still working very well. I am very thankful for what Eric and his teammate did.
We went for the whole package (new furnace, new central AC, new water heater). I was concerned at first with Redinger Heating because the quote was not as detailed as the other companies', and the person who came to give the estimate didn't spend much time at the house. But the people in the office were very easy to work with, the work was done on time and professionally, all the paperwork went smoothly, and the bill contained no surprises. I highly recommend them!
