Reboot Hub

I needed a new screen on my pixel 9a. They charged me overnight shipping friday so i could get my phone fixed saturday, sounded good. They called saturday, the screen didnt come in, they have to wait until monday. I'm ok with that, things happen, monday comes, and I drop my phone off, they replace the screen, it looks good, but i no longer had a fingerprint scanner on the screen. I take it back, they say they have to factory reset the phone to make it work. I decline and call a few repair places, they don't know how this issue arose, so I take it back to Reboot. They change their mind and said a factory reset wasn't need, it just needed to be updated. I give them a few hours, and they had it ready. Turns out they factory reset my phone, after telling me it didn't need to be, and the finger print still didn't work after I set my phone up. I again went back to them, in the end it turns out they forgot to swap the hardware over, and didn't think about that until after they factory reset my phone and 3 return visits. I wanted to like this business, the receptionist was exceptional, but their repeated mistakes and backtracking has turned me away from doing future business. Should've been suspicious of their quality control when I noticed their sign is AI, and misspells the city they're in Updated 11/12/2025, in response to the owner Google does not need to update anything for the sensor, there was not an issue with syncing, the issued was with the tech forgetting to transfer the sensor over to the new screen
