Great service! My wife accidentally backed into the top of the garage door as it was opening and dented it pretty as well as snatched a roller out. Joseph came and within an hour had it looking like it never happened at a very affordable price.
I would not recommend using this guy for any garage work I called him because a broken tension spring. He not only replaced the spring with the wrong spring, it was a 2017 one which looked used. He shorted out my motor after being zapped by current. Unit became inoperable. I had to get another company to replace my unit. What a ripoff. Please don’t believe those 5 stars. He doesn’t know about garage door repairs.
First off, he’s prompt. He says anytime anywhere, and he means that. I texted him at 11:45pm yesterday, he called me back within 2 minutes, and he was here fixing my garage door at 10am today (Saturday). I reached out about getting a new garage door and he could have easily sold me a 1600 new door and I would have walked away thinking I got a deal. Instead of doing that though, he came over to take a look and decided he could easily fix it right there. $100 later my garage door is good as new, he painted the rusted parts to seal them off and so it looks nice. Plus I got a whole master class on how to care for my door and fix any issues because he could tell I was handy. Mind you, I’m a 5’6 woman, most men don’t look at me and go “she knows her way around a tool”. He should have charged me significantly more, but he cares about his customers and wanted to help more than make a quick buck.
Mr. GaragePro came out the same day I called and knocked out both garage motors. He was very friendly, even when my dog tried stealing the parts he was using and knowledgeable which definitely put me at ease. Thank you and we’ll be using you again when the time comes!
I got Mr Garage Pro contact information from my father who has used him in the past. When I called he showed up late evening and replaced both springs on my garage door and greased up all the bearings, springs, and hinges of the entire unit. High quality level of work. Was very satisfied. When I mentioned that I was thinking about replacing the garage door motor, he said he would do it for me if I went to the store and bought a new one. The next day I bought one and he was back at my house in a few hours and mounted it for me, replaced the wall button, replaced the outdoor keypad, and the eye sensors. Prices in both cases were fair. Very pleased with the work he did and will use him again when we get around to replacing the door.
