Rayes Boiler did an excellent job replacing our boiler that had completely failed just before Thanksgiving week — one of the busiest and coldest times of the year. From the first contact to completion, everything was handled with professionalism and care. I'm a property manager in the area. We work wiht a large multi-family residential building in Addison where one of our 2 mllion BTU/Hr boilers started leaking and needed to have its flame tubes replaced. I've reached out to a few different local boilermamers and Raman and his team were one of the easiest to work with. From the very first phone call I spoke with Raman. We had a quote within a day of the phone call and their price was by far the best. We went back and forth and made changes to the quote and ultimately opted to have the new replacement flame tubes welded in place instead of just expanded and rolled into place. Raman was very accomodating and communicated with me nearly daily giving me updates about the work, sent me progress photos, and his team was great, too. They were very independent and came in each day, did their work, and cleaned up and locked up. During the work we discovered that one of the flue sheets had cracks and Raman gave us a change order to replace the tube sheet. His team quickly got the old sheet cut out, dropped it off with a manufacturer who made a replacement tube sheet. The new sheet was welded in place and the work was completed without a problem. We had a third party HVAC tech that does work for us on another building look over the final work on our boiler and he gave us the thumbs up. Would definitely work with Raman and his team in the future and they'll be one of the first people that we reach out to help with boiler problems.
