Our dishwasher had stopped working just before Christmas and we were unable to source service through our home warranty and were also let down by another independent provider. By contrast, RareCare went beyond expectations to ensure an interim fix for the holidays while underpromising and overdelivering on the actual part replacement. It does not hurt either that Zeus is a delightful, courteous guy. Highly recommended!

Can’t say enough how diligent, honest and friendly Zeus is. He quickly analyzed the issue with my dishwasher, ordered necessary parts and gave good recommendations on how properly use and take care of dishwasher. Surprisingly I learned something new. After fix was done, dishwasher started to work even a bit better than before. Definitely found a guy that I can trust. Highly recommended
