I called to describe my issue and just got a really bored and uninterested employee that didn't really take my problem with my refrigerator seriously. While I understand it's Valentines day and perhaps because I'm an unknowledgable female, the problem I described may have been obviously electric/power related in my house but I had advised I already confirmed if my outlet worked and the outlet worked fine upon plugging other things into it. I even had used my switchboard in the house prior to calling. I was told to try another outlet and call back if it still doesn't work.
