The Bad: Paid 350 to snake toilet paper. was here about 45 minutes. More than I'd like to pay and would probably shop around in the future. Maybe its the going rate these days? Was the price I was given over the phone though so I cant complain too much. So their honest people at least. The good: Mike is knowledgably and super friendly would 100% recommend if your in a pinch.
There is no need to search anyone else. Mike and Rapid Rooter was simply awesome. Great service, great communication, friendly and simply a great price. After struggling to fix a slow drain issue on my own, Mike came out within hours and had us back up and running in about 15-20 min. Professional, punctual and the best experience I have ever had with a plumber.
Excellent service. Fair Pricing. Nice people. I have an older house with a stubborn and very hard to reach clog. Mike had it unclogged in 15 minutes where other plumbers have worked at it for over an hour. On top of that, the pipe is draining faster than it ever has! Also, Mike is nice.
Mike cleared a tough drain clog that might have scared some of his competitors. He was personable, professional, and thorough. He explained everything thoroughly and charges a more than fair rate. I hope I never have a nasty clog like this again - but if I do, I'm going to call on Mike again.
I manage a busy dental office in town and Rapid Rooter has NEVER let us down! We had a problem area with the pipes downstairs and Mike would run over at the drop of a hat as if he was just in the neighborhood. Everyone there is amazing and from the moment that pleasant voice answers the phone you are never disappointed. They make you feel like you are their only client, its amazing to see them treat everyone with such priority.
