We had a furnace/a/c installed. A new thermostat was also installed. From start to finish; we received excellent service. Bay Area took care of all the paperwork with us supplying minimal information. Quick communication and schedule was adhered to.
Everything was great, they were clean and very pleasant to have in my home. You could tell they knew what they were doing. Wyatt and his helper were awesome and I would definitely call Bay Area back if I ever needed another hvac service/install.
The salesman was very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The tech team was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They answered any questions we had and the installation of the furnace/air conditioner took less than 7 hrs. We would recommend Bay Area Services to anyone.
