Joe and his team did a great job working on our basement project. We only used him for the kitchenette portion of the project. We wish he and his team did the entire project!! They safe, clean and organized! They are very detailed and knowledgeable. They also take pride in doing a great job. Communication was always great. They come to work often and courteous! Great and great ppl! They also installed our home theater! We several companies prior failed at doing! I would choose them for any home improvement project!

We had a black mold issue and we’re super concerned. Joe came in and was so thorough through the whole process. He was super nice and upfront about the entire process. The communication this contractor has is unmatched! The work he did to our home was also unmatched! He has went above and beyond on my home even showing up at 9 pm because I had a question and he wanted to show me the answer rather than explain it. You don’t find humans who go the extra mile to make you feel safe and taken care of in a bad situation. Joe has shown up everyday and spent days prepping and making sure everything was going to go as smoothly as possible and it did! We can’t explain how much this company did for us to provide a safe home and make us feel comfortable having him in our home. I will forever use AND recommend Joe and his team. The photos I used are a beam with black mold before and after. It is always going to be darker but pictures do NOT show the justice of how much lighter and better this garage looks! Basically guys…just call Joe.

We have had many experiences over the years with different construction companies and Rapid Disaster Solutions is by far the BEST we have worked with! Joe was wonderful to communicate with when designing our project and gave great ideas. Every member of his crew (no matter what phase of the remodel we were in) was very respectful of our home, and made sure they cleaned up daily so there were not any little nails, broken boards, etc. that could harm our little boy or accidentally could get into our dog’s paws when he walked outside. The entire experience was completely stress free, and the final project turned out amazing! My absolute favorite was the shiplap fireplace. You can tell Joe takes pride in his business and every customer he works with, which shows in our final project. We are very pleased and have already referred Rapid Disaster Solutions onto another customer and will continue to do so.
