I reached out to my friend that I’ve known for many years Nate Knotts to hire his company Recovery Construction LLC to come over and give me a quote on a bathroom remodel in our home. They came over and were very efficient and worked in a timely manner and gave a fair price on the quote. They did what they said they were going to do and finish it within the timeframe that he quoted me. My family is very pleased with our new remodeled bathroom and laundry room. A big THANK YOU to Recovery Construction for their work on finishing my basement. Specifically, I want to thank Jeff, Brian, Anson, and Nick for their work ethic, respect, and cleanliness. The crew showed up on time daily, intentionally minimized debris/dust/dirt throughout the house by limiting entry to the most direct routes possible (they preferred entry through the basement window), were efficient with their time, completed their work during snow falls, and required zero supervision. Nathan and his crew remained communicative throughout the entire process, sought out answers for routine “on the spot” type questions needed by the home owner, and were always responsive in real time. The crew established expectations up front, walked me through the process, and never wavered from their promises. The entire process took about 3.5 weeks and was the best decision I made. After receiving 7 widely varying quotes for a new roof, gutters, soffit, and fascia I decided to go with Nathan and the guys at Recovery Construction. They did NOT disappoint! I added work changes as we progressed and Nathan always communicated with me and didn't move forward unless I was in agreement. The prices were fair and the work was superb. We highly recommend Recovery Construction. From start to finish they were professional and easy to work with. After initially getting a quote well beyond our expectation from another contractor, l left messages for 4 additional companies. Nathan was the only one to ever even return my call and it was the next day. He came out quickly, gave us a very fair quote and had a contract to us within a week. He stayed in contact with us, initiating follow up and quickly responding to any questions we had. Eventhough their projected start date was just a month down the road, when he had time free up in their schedule, they actually came out and began the project within a couple of weeks. They arrived at 7:00 or earlier everyday and built us a nice deck. Very well constructed and beautiful. They took down our old deck and hauled all the trash away and left everything clean when they were finished. Also, even despite us making a slight upgrade on our railing option, Nathan didn't charge us a penny over the original estimate. We would definitely use Recovery Construction again for any future projects and suggest them to anyone else looking for a good contractor.
