Ram Jack Mississippi

I've been noticing cracks in my house for some time and FINALLY did something about it. Joe with Ram Jack Mississippi came out and did a full evaluation of my house. He helped me to understand the whole process and explained that I didn't currently need any work done but to keep an eye on it. Very Professional! He took his time to do a thorough report and gave me options. Would recommend this company to anyone that is worried about foundation problems or sees any cracks in their home. Rod Wall's crew who came to my house to create a water trench to drain water from my driveway could NOT have been nicer or more professional! They came early, worked through the heat of the day, worked out a hiccup in the paper work, and finished up the project in one day! It would be under my wife’s name Tara Wilson, we were charged over $6000 for essentially nothing. I was away in Australia supporting the US Marines but my wife received poor responses to her questions and the guy that came out to do the work was by himself as his helpers quit after the first day. The supervisor failed to come out and look at the work and never responded to my wife’s request to visit our home and the work that was done. Just an overall horrible experience and I would never use your company nor would I recommend you to any of my friends or neighbors. Just awful from start to finish.

Thoroughly impressed with the system Ram Jack uses on damaged foundations! I highly recommend these guys. Truly professional and courteous. And a warranty backed by the corporate headquarters is a bonus that no other competitor offered.
