The Modern Air staff were completely professional. They kept me in the loop during the entire process of replacing my sewer line. They were so careful digging around roots of a HUGE pine tree. I fully recommend them with absolutely NO reservations. Glad to call them my new service provider.

EXCEPTIONAL, FAST, & HONEST SERVICE! Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely desire to help their customers. From the office staff (Candace) to the repairman (Doug), the Starkville team has been wonderful. I lost heat the day of the first freeze in December. I made a call at 7am and I had a new HVAC motor installed by noon. Very thankful to Mark Welch and the Modern Air team.
