Liberal Loud Mouth
I've never had good dealings with HVAC people. I've always walked away thinking I just got taken or lied to. But I recently moved to MS and I knew I wanted a smaller company to handle my needs so I called them up. Spencer showed up within 20 minutes, diagnosed the problem almost immediately and set to work on solutions. I followed this dude around like a creeper, asking all kinds of questions (because I know nothing about HVAC stuff and was really curious). This man dealt with my curiosity like a professor at college. He answered everything, was knowledgeable, explained everything in an easy-to-understand way and made me feel that he was being honest and wanting to provide a good deal, not just whatever served him or the company. This company renewed my faith in these HVAC people and I really can't be happier with what I just dealt with. I still have work to do on the unit (waiting for the part), so we'll see if the 2nd time is as good as the first. If you're like me and you always feel like you're getting cheated - call these guys. I really don't think you'll regret it at all.
