They where outstanding 👏, from explaining to me about hardwater and even testing all parts of the water to show me what was happening. Then came to install with such care and politeness and finish and even install water to my fridge and my icemaker. And had a payment plan that was very reasonable
I highly recommend RainSoft of NE Iowa! I called them in somewhat of a panic and they came out quickly to ease my mind. I asked to purchase a new unit (as opposed to repairing my current one) and was back in business in about an hour. I chose RainSoft of NE Iowa originally because I knew they had generously supported our high school football team and I will continue doing business with (and recommending) them always.
Stop blowing up my phone. If I was interested I would have answered by now. Same thing as the other. Moved into a new house. They have been blowing up my number ever since.
Had such an incredible experience with RainSoft! First of they’re family owned and operated and treat you just like family. I’ve been worried our old system that was installed by a previous owner wasn’t cutting it. With. Nitrate levels rising in Iowa we have to do whatever we can to protect our bodies and family. Terry came in tested all my water proving to me I was correct our water was as bad as I imagined. I got a new water softener, PFAS system, whole house filter to remove chlorine. Yes it was a investment but they were at my house THE NEXT DAY and they have been back to recheck my water after install and tweeted the system one more time and again rechecked the water all within 2 weeks. They want to make sure I’m happy as the customer because I made the investment. I love that they’re local and quick and beyond friendly. All their employees are so happy and every person that stepped into my home also treated my dogs like family which is so important to me. I have experience with other local water treatment companies and never have a received the same attention to detail as RainSoft of NE Iowa. Don’t look any further they know what they’re doing and they’ll take care of you like family!!
