Would highly recommend. They were great at communicating throughout the process. Our crawl space has never looked and smelled so clean. They even took time to meet and greet our dogs. Very efficient, and they were at our house within a few hours of my initial call for help.
It was a pleasure to work with Katie and Erik at True North on our ceiling repair. They make it on the homeowner by taking charge of the whole project, lining up the crews for mitigation and rebuild. And, it was completed in record time. I applaud True North.

Big shout out to to everyone at True North Restoration! I left a message on a Sunday and Katie called me back within 30 minutes. I live in Independence and I had guys out the same afternoon and they explained everything they would be doing to dry the extensive water damage. They really know what they are doing and made fast work of setting up everything on 3 floors to dry my home. They called and came over nearly everyday to test the humidity in the walls and floors and kept me updated. I am now working with Katie and their subcontractor on rebuilding what was ruined. I highly recommend True North Restoration! They are the best!
