Knowledgeable, friendly, affordable, efficient. A few words id use to describe my experience here. Brought my PS5 in for repair and it was fixed same day. Any other repairs I need in the future this is the place that'll get my business.

My computer was locked in an auto-repair loop that I just couldn't figure out. I brought it in and was given an estimate of a few days to get up and running again- but then got a call that all was good to go just a few hours later! Talk about "under-promise, over deliver"! Riley was a great help, knew his stuff, and I'll definitely be referring peers to Computer Reboot for any future PC or gaming console issues.

I had taken my ps5 to CPR or QuickPhix in cedar falls in December of 2024 and got my hdmi port repaired, they ended up not doing a good job at all and it broke again, I took it here to Computer Reboot and they were much friendlier and did a way better job, definitely recommend Computer Reboot and would not take anything to CPR/Quickphix First 2 pictures are from CPR And the 2nd 2 pictures is from Computer Reboot

Great customer service, I got my PlayStation fixed here. It was cheap fast and Riley is a really nice guy. 10/10 will come again.

He was very straight to the point, pricing was decent, he got my ps5 fixed within 1 day. Will definitely be coming back in the future. Also he overs 1 year warranty and parts and labor.
