When our older Rainbow Vacuum malfunctioned, I was concerned about getting it repaired. With a quick Google search I found the support we needed and then some! Shawn at Rainbow Vacuum Greensboro NC scheduled an appointment to determine the issue and got it back in service in just a few days. In addition, he shared a number of features we were not aware and fixed a couple issues I thought we just had to deal with that made using it even better! Brought my machine in for some issues I was having. I never knew there was a rainbow so close to me, I am so lucky I found it online. They were so knowledgeable about the machine and was able to get my motor replaced under warranty. I got a thorough cleaning of my machine and a new roll brush. Both are extremely important in the longevity of your rainbow. I was able to get an appointment the same day and my machine back ready to go in 4 days. I would give 10 stars if I could!!!!
