I was not surprised to see 5 ratings for Nick and his business. I was in search of a charging port for a very old phone when I called. He let me know that he did not have one, but asked me to bring in the phone so that he could check it himself. He spent time and money on a new part, unfortunately it was a bigger problem. His professionalism and advice was amazing and so much appreciated! Thanks Nick!
I had a catastrophic failure of my cell phone. And to say I was devastated would be an understatement. Not only did I have photos that I wanted, more importantly were the recordings I had made of my Dad telling stories. We lost my Dad in July 2025, I thought the recordings were gone forever. Nick was able to get the phone to turn on and did his magic to recover the photos and all of the recordings. Nick is very knowledgeable, offers fast service, reasonable prices and goes out of his way to make sure his customers are happy and satisfied with his work. For cell phones or computer service needs, Nick's your guy. You won't be disappointed. Thanks again. And if it is important to you, like it is to me. This is a veteran owned company.
I met Nick when he worked at Staples and he was always very helpful. So many years later when I needed help and staples told me they couldn't help me I was so glad when I found Nick again. He always gets my computer issues resolved and everything up and running again!
I had a phenomenal experience here. I was in Kalispell for work and broke my phone screen. I was able to contact my wife and she was able to call every cell phone repair shop in the city to no avail. This was the only shop in town that had a screen for my Pixel 9. Despite it being his day off, he opened his shop and quickly got my phone fixed and in perfect working order. I would, absolutely recommend Mountain Tech for any electronics repair!!
Great customer service. Nick is very knowledgeable and gives great customer service and advice. He provided excellent and fast service and always has a smile when greeting customers.
