Do not send your car here!! The only reason this shop ever got my car to start with is somehow this is the shop that works with triple a. My car got picked up cause it died on the side of the road. He said the fuel tank was bad and replaced it took about a month to just do that and I was charged more than quoted. He told me he broke something taking the fuel tank out. I had the car back for literally a week before it wouldn’t start again because it was dumping gas on the ground. I had a friends husband look at the car and he said that it looked like it wasn’t tightened in all the way and should be an easy fix he just didn’t have the time to do it so I call Rodney back and he picks up my car I explain all this to him. He now is saying after a MONTH of leaving me WITHOUT a car that he has more important things to do, he doesn’t care it was messed up and that he is not doing it. I only had him take it back cause I paid over a hundred dollars more than he quoted me in the first place and I didn’t want to have to pay someone else to fix what he messed up. I could have had it fixed by now if I would have known he had no intention of fixing his mistake to start with. He is unprofessional and rude when you call to check up on the car and this whole interaction was unacceptable. If you want to have a car dont go here. Update!!! Got it in and out of a shop in an hour in Montana where I’m at and the fitting on the hose was busted and he just decided to leave it which is why my car was fine for a couple days after I got it back then all the gas started dumping out when the hose came off. His negligence is despicable. It was something that apparently he did knowingly and just didn’t care. For the part to fix it and labor I paid what he charged me over his quote. I stand on my review, do not take your car here. All in all he had my car a total of almost three months and still couldn’t be bothered to replace the fitting so I wouldn’t need to come back and he knew the whole time it needed done. Giant waste of time and money.
