I’ve lived in Dickinson my entire life and have gone through my fair share of car mechanics. I’ve finally found the one. The owner, Austin, takes time to talk personally to you about everything going on, on the phone and in person. He is willing to do everything he can for you as well, I recently had a bad part put in (not his fault, parts seller) and he is working on getting me a free part from that company since it’s barely out of warranty. He really cares about his customers. Only takes me about a week to get in too. Most of the time they can get stuff done in a day, if it’s more serious, 1-2 days. Very reasonable labor costs too. Not by the hour. By the job.

A friend recommended I give Chad’s Automotive a try & I’m happy I did. Prompt & friendly telephone conversation when scheduling. A detailed verbal explanation of the work done on my vehicle, as well as, explaining the notes on the inspections done during the oil change were greatly appreciated! I was invited to wait in the reception area & enjoy a complimentary beverage while my vehicle was being serviced. This was my second visit to Chads Automotive & I highly recommend!
