Live in a community that has this company under contract for the neighborhood. Guy decapitated my wife walkpath lights and tried to jam it back into the ground so we wouldn't notice. After they've shredded our other signs and bent another we contacted our HOA who got them to call me directly. I was told they would "replace" all of it. I only asked for them to replace the walkpath lights to which they agreed. Its been 3 weeks since that conversation and still no replacement lights. Will be filing complaints with my HOA until replaced or compensated. Absolutely insane that you call someone and then lie straight to me about being "sorry". Hire someone else if you can. Will be helping my HOA search for a better, more caring, company to replace these people. Plenty of cameras and video watching them when they show up.
