We called and Ben came out on a Sunday to fix our extremely bad backup and pump our tank out! He explained our problem and fixed it! Super friendly guy very professional he got the job DONE! We were completely satisfied and very grateful the price was even great for an emergency situation! Will definitely use their service again
Dodson was referred to me thru Cordone Plumbing due to my septic grinder pump needing to be replaced & cleaned out. We inherited a grinder pump that had never been cleaned out & had 500 gallons of waste sitting on top. I called Dodson & Sheila was extremely patient, professional, & helpful. I had a severe emergency & she was able to get a team member out to me on fri evening within 30 mins. The tech came out & was done in a matter of minutes. Great people, great service, definitely recommend & have their number saved. Thanks Dodson!
They came out exactly when they said , found my tank (i was unsure if location) and pumped it out for a fair price. The tech was very professional and knowledgeable , they are coming back to replace a baffle for me as well. Would def recommend , several other companies wouldn't answer or return calls and some others didnt show up. (I get it companies get busy) but glad i used these folks.
Dodson are the best. They are a family owned father and son operation with decades of experience and knowledge. Our tank was hard to find and they did a great job. We are so glad we called them first. They are very honest and fair prices also. Thank you Russell and Norman and the crew.
