These folks are phenomenal... I lost my steering pump reserve on interstate 40 on a Friday night so I literally had to drive almost over 200 miles to get to this place and they were the best in the greatest help I could ever think of I had to customize it aftermarket because they didn't have the one I needed, but it turned out nice and they had all the parts on a Saturday. This was amazing thank you.

I had a fuel restriction issue and R&D really came through with top notch service. The best I’ve ever seen at any shop. Hands down. They really have a damn good group of individuals there. Awesome team. Thanks for the quick fix and the hospitality. I appreciate y’all Sincerely, One 8 Freight

STAY AWAY & STEER CLEAR OF SWINDLERS AND DUPES! Ask for repair cost before you pull in for any repair! These folks are Extortionists, dubious, fraudulent and Merciless! I pulled into their shop to plug a coolant leak from a hose, too far from radiator, the eyes can see and detect! (Pictures attached) No pressure test and coolant drain needed! They extorted me almost $600 for a job, (Picture / Invoice Attached), that ordinarily should cost between $100 to $200! Facts speak for themselves! The invoice in the name of Looftanza Roadliner Express is a testament! Your shop manager Terry orchestrated and designed the heist!!

(I post under a pseudonym, but I am a real customer. :) ) I would give these guys 7 stars, if I could. I went in originally on a Tuesday to get a universal high/low air shift valve, because I am installing a gear shift ball on my truck. It turned out this place rivals Truck Pro and Fleet Pride, with the parts they have in stock. Not only did they have the part, one of their parts guys knew the part number, FROM MEMORY! :0 Amazing.
