Jeff took my car in first thing in the morning, knew right away it was a loose exhaust, by the rattle sound. His team took care of it right away and I was driving off within 20 mins, without the rattle. Very kind, helpful and the knowledge you want fixing your car. Thank you!
Jeff talked me through properly bleeding my radiator in the most straightforward possible LOL. He could have had me tow it in and charged me $100’s for an hour of work and a $15 dollar part but no he talked me through it and got me going again.
Jeff is a great mechanic with over 45 years of experience, and he can diagnose a problem almost immediately. He explains what is wrong in a way that is easy to understand, fixes it quickly, and doesn't overcharge for the work or try to get you for any extra BS that isn't needed. He is even willing to tell you how to do a repair if it is something that you can do on your own to save money. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to A Good Mechanic!
