I had an issue with my rear bumper having an unexpected gap on it. I brought my Dodge Charger here and Jason inspected it knowing exactly what the problem was; Which made the inspection part of it painless and easy, giving me peace of mind. He was able to get me a new rear bumper bracket ordered and came in the next business day. He was able to get me in super quick which was nice. The installation only took a couple hours and everything was as good as new again. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. The waiting room was cozy and comfortable. The pricing was fair and just. I’ll definitely come here again if any future issues arise. I highly recommend this place for your next collision repairs. Thank You Jason and Apex Collision Team for such a pleasant experience.
If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. The service, quality, and communication was so terrible, it nearly drove us to legal action and US.AA refuses to work with them anymore.
Our problems started with the May ‘23 hailstorm and it took over a YEAR to get my car back, fully repaired. In fact, I finally got it back in Oct ‘24 after having to threaten with legal action. Apex did not have our car for the full 17 months. It did take time for them to get all the parts shipped in, but they burned 1/4 of our rental car days just letting our car sit in their parking lot. We had to come get it back, since it was drivable, and wait until Feb-Mar ‘24 to get all the parts in.
While they were repairing my car, they broke a sensor wire in taking on/off the bumper. Wires are tender, makes sense! BUT they transported my car out of state, telling NO ONE, not us, not our insurance, and then slapping us with the bill for the repair, calibration, and transportation. For THEIR mistake. Then, they refused to give our car back until US.AA paid for it. That, friend, is extortion and not legal. I spoke to everyone up to the owner who told us bluntly they did not care and just wanted their money. We value honestly and integrity, Apex does not.
Communication was SO POOR. They have singular individuals working on accounts, which is fine until your singular person goes out of town for a month and you have no idea what is happening and are paying for a rental out of pocket because they have had your car for months now. Apex claimed frequently that they would call and both we and our insurance company has zero call log FROM them, but plenty TO them where they didn’t pick up.
When we FINALLY received our car back, there were problems nose to tail. There is a cut on the front seat that was glued together, not there when we dropped the car off. The doors are misaligned and we are paying out of pocket to fix. Trim and hoses to the doors fall off all the time, which didn’t happen before and we are having to pay out of pocket to fix. They also left their own personal materials in the car. (They also did this when they repaired our other hail damaged vehicle, including receipts from taking our car for their personal lunchtime.)
Do NOT take your car here if you have damage to repair. Do NOT take your car here if you have US.AA. Ask them where else to go and you will be much happier!
The personal were very professional.Got me right in and replaced my windshield so quickly.Job was well done.I do not remember the young gal who does the windshield but she made me feel right at home.Her first name starts with an A.You were awesome!!I would definitely go back to Apex!!
Don’t use this place. No communication unless you call them and then I couldn’t get a honest answer from anyone when you call. Was told I couldn’t look at progress of truck. Then was told I could see my truck. It’s 20 days passed the first completion date they gave me and having to take it to another body shop to finish the job in a timely matter.
I really tried to love Apex I did. They were great in getting my hail damage repaired but I’m pretty disappointed with the inside of car falling apart when I picked it up. Their work putting it back together was sloppy and there was even an extra part in the middle of my seat that nobody seemed to know where it belonged. The inside is scratched up from them probably not using the right tools removing or putting things back in it’s place. After talking to JJ he assured me this would be resolved and here I am a month later and still not resolved.
They do not communicate well so I’m always having to call and when I do they transfer me to someone who doesn’t answer and nobody ever calls back.
