R and C Glass

R and C glass LLC did a phenomenal job replacing my window. They were very flexible with me, as I missed the estimate time window. Their technician still did an estimate, and sent me their quote. Was much more affordable then several companies (actually the least expensive out of them all) and quality is unparalleled. Was given an estimate time window of 6 weeks for glass to arrive and install, but it was done within 3 weeks. When the technician arrived, he was in and out within 30 minutes, with no interference to my busy work schedule. They gave me honest advice and did not push me to fully replace the window (unlike every other company). 6/5 starts if I could! Will recommend this company to everyone!!!!

We renovated our bathroom and needed a custom glass and glass door installed. They responded quickly and sent someone out to measure. The glass arrived in 4 weeks which was okay due to the holidays. When they arrived to install the glass it was found they measured wrong. They fixed it rather quickly by re-measuring and putting a rush on the glass. The new glass arrived in a week and they came out next day to install it. My mother came over to let them in and be there while they installed it as my wife and I had to work. After installation she sent me a picture and I was surprised to see the glass door was an inch shorter than the fixed portion of the glass. When she asked about it she was told “that is what was on the drawing you would have to call and talk to the guy who measured.” I called and am waiting on a call back to see what they are going to do about it. I’d imagine when they re-measured they did not re-measure for the door as well. Overall we were happy with the glass and how they have handled it so far but cannot give 5 stars as we are still waiting to see how this is going to play out. The glass looks great besides the door being shorter.
