Mike is amazing, came out same day, I was shocked, no fuss no muss, i'll be there in a few hours and he was. Got to business found my problem, fixed it and it's nice and toasty again. I absolutely trusted his assessment of my issue and he made no fuss in getting it fixed. He's very friendly and professional didn't even complain my when my dog wouldn't give him any space, he treated her with kindness. Highly recommend.
Mike was very informative, friendly and punctual. He even worked during a power outage to ensure I would have my new furnace installed once the power was back on. He also contacted me a few days later to make sure all was operating properly. I’d highly recommend him.
