My master bath remodel team is awesome! Team manager Adam has outstanding communication skills in addition to his mastery of plumbing. Tom and Mike, my installers, have great respect for Adam. Tom and Mike showed up to my house as scheduled, covered all floors involved with heavy duty drop cloths. Thank you!! When the guys left my home at the end of each workday, the clean-up was meticulously completed. They even took all the boxes and trash away with them.They invited me into the work area to check out different install procedures and made sure that my shower bench, grab bars, shelves and shower head were all placed at my desired heights. I have nothing negative to report concerning my remodel project with Mt. Pleasant Remodeling. From my initial phone call to initiate my project, contract meeting with Greg, walk through with Adam, then the 6 day tear out/ install and my follow up phone calls, the communication and customer service has been stellar!
