Brought my Kendra Scott necklace in to be repaired (simple fix)! Dropped the necklace off, walked around and came back extremely disappointed when I put my necklace back on! I immediately told them this wasn’t my chain, the chain is much longer now than ever! I showed them photos where the necklace has always sat and now it’s totally different! They said that’s impossible and acted as if I didn’t know my own necklace and insisted I use another loop to make it shorter (WHEN I HAVE NEVER HAD TO DO THAT)!!! The freaking necklace doesn’t even sit correctly now!! It’s absolutely ruined!!!! Photos before and after! UPDATE: Took the necklace back to Kendra Scott and was told and shown THIS IS NOT MY NECKLACE! Again my necklace is ruined. I called the store and again was told it was impossible for it to get longer and all they did was connect it again. LIES LIES LIES!

Extremely quick service! Only took him 15 minutes to the repair my necklace and it looks brand new. To put the icing on the cake, it was only $20! Definitely will be returning when needed!

I liked this store. They repair watch and jewellery with a reasonable price. They are open from 10 AM to 9PM. I have repaired my watch and he did it very quickly. He changed the battery and charged $12. I will be back on this shop when I need.
