Robert fixed my great grandfathers pocket watch. Went out of his way to find replacement parts and even provided a link which gave me the provenance of the watch. Robert is very professional and does great work a a fair price. I would highly recommend him especially if you have a family heirloom item.
Robert restored a family heirloom grandfather clock with great care and attention to detail. He educated me in the process - this clock had multiple tunes, kept day, date and sun/moon phases. He was able to set all three and showed me how to adjust the timekeeping pendulum to keep it accurate. Clearly he loves his craft, and we love him for it! I passed his information on to my kids - Robert, you have a customer for life!
Robert took such good care of my grandmother's 122 yr old watch! I was nervous about it being out-of-state but in his hands he truly brought it back to life! It needed parts and cleaning. He educated me on how to display and wind it. He really cares about restoration of old pieces and enjoys what he does! It is a dying art but he is gifted! I SO appreciated his delivery to me, also! My grandmother would be so happy to know he & I cared enough to get it working again! God bless!
Literally the coolest and seamless experience of my life! Robert is absolutely a master at his craft and my goodness you should see the shop! It’s clean organized, and I had zero fear of leaving my clock with him as he repaired it. He got it clean, working and looking brand new after buying it from a dusty barn auction. Here I am two weeks later, writing this review after getting off the phone with him. He took my call and the time to make sure I was winding my clock Correctly. 10/10 recommend!
