I called Simon’s based on Google reviews for possible repairs on my refrigerator. Idan was easy to communicate with and was very prompt to come out and diagnose and repair my refrigerator. The cost was very reasonable and presented upfront, now my refrigerator works great!! I definitely recommend him!
Idan from Simon's HVAC is my hero! He came to my home, evaluated the problem and clearly explained it to me. (Not an easy task as I am very technically challenged. ;) ) He answered all my questions clearly and patiently. Work was begun that day and completed by the next. He took pictures of the problems both before and after completing the challenging repairs. Efficient, friendly, and professional- I highly recommend him and his company.
Excellent service! I called on Monday and they were able to order the part for my refrigerator and come fix it on Tuesday. They were on time for their repair, sent me a text to let me know they were 20 minutes out and they were super friendly. I will totally recommend their services.
