The entire process for handling repairs is excellent, and I greatly appreciate the staff at Quality, particularly Julie and the technicians who examined my car. The staff were able to confirm a considerable issue, and while I need to save some more to handle the extent of that repair, I greatly appreciate their honesty and expertise. The experience is VERY well worth the diagnostic fee.
Customer service was wonderful. Everyone was very attentive and happy to answer any questions I had. They lived up to their name by making you feel like you knew you were getting true quality service.
