The team at Fadley’s is great to work with, responsive, and professional. I went to their shop after my usual shop recommended work that they didn’t have the staff and expertise to take care of. The Fadley team looked over my car and determined there was no issue and no work needed to be done at the time with the particular system. I was throughly impressed with Fadelys. Their professionalism and communication throughout my inspection was great. They gave a detailed report of what was done during the inspection and were very transparent which is what most customers want especially when dealing with automobile issues and services. I will most certainly be returning my business to them in the future.
They were able to get me in the next day, excellent customer service, i worked with a gentleman named Cody, very nice, answered all my questions and offered follow up advice. They gained a customer after that experience.
I had my new car inspected here. I knew it wouldn’t need any service, only 500 miles on it, but this business was SUPER! From the first phone call to the end of the service, they were polite and efficient. I have spread the word to family and friends with confidence they too will receive excellent service.
What a great auto repair shop. I was greeted with a smile. Had someone listen to my issues and even got a tour of the shop before I was on my way and back on the road. Ill be back next time I need service in the York PA area.
