We hired Quality to perform some miscellaneous electrical upgrades at our home. The technician arrived promptly at the scheduled time and was personable and professional. The service and communication were excellent. We would not hesitate to work with them again!
Bryan was wonderful. He was totally knowledgeable about what was happening with our furnace. He explained everything to us clearly, very professional. Bryan has a good customer service personality which is always appreciated. I definitely would recommend him to anyone. Oh, yes, he did fix our furnace & gave us recommendations for future maintenance. :)
We had a great experience with Quality Heating when they came out to fix our heater. From the initial call to the completed repair, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Skye arrived on time, clearly explained the issue, and walked us through the repair options without any pressure. The repair was completed quickly, and he made sure everything was working properly before leaving. We really appreciated how knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful Skye was. We would absolutely recommend Quality to anyone needing HVAC service and will definitely use them again in the future.
Incredible company! We’ve used Quality for our heating service for a few years now but we just recently used their wonderful plumbing team to replace our water heater. Curtis L came out same day and replaced the water heater on one of the coldest days of the year. Super professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Incredibly grateful for this company.
Excellent across the board. Tech was able to address and answer all of my many questions and concerns. But, for $200, it would be appreciated if my standard size filter(1×16×25) would have been replaced. In the past visits this was a perk freely done as a part of the service and at a much lower service cost. I think I will use my dirty furnace filter to block the dangerous rays from the sun as I save the planet.
