Joe and his crew installed hardwood and rubber gym flooring in my house, and I’m very satisfied with both the results and the customer service. He was always reachable, offered fair prices, completed work quickly, and is generally just a friendly and approachable person. I’ll absolutely go back to Joe’s Custom Floors for my next project.
We’ve used Joe for LVP flooring over the years and wouldn’t hire anyone else. He’s reliable, shows up when he says he will, and the floors always turn out great. Best part — no nickel-and-diming, just fair pricing and quality work. Hard to find people this honest and consistent. Highly recommend!
Joe and I first met in 2022, I was looking to upgrade the flooring in my family child care, located in my basement. I met with Joe and he helped me make an informed decision for product. Once I had my product selected, the next trick was to coordinate schedules. I did not want to have to close my daycare to have the flooring done, and Joe understood and respected that. He arranged time for a Saturday job. As a working mom, I understand the sacrifice that was. When Joe's crew arrived, they were kind, respectful, clean, courteous and worked hard. The original plan was to skip the stairs and the bathroom. The men did an amazing job, cleaning up the space above my expectations. I was so impressed with their work and loved the upgrade to my environment; It was more than I could have ever dreamed. I knew I needed to have the stairs and bathroom done. Again, knowing that I needed a Saturday job time, Joe worked to get me on the schedule and again, the men were kind, courteous, clean and the work they did was AMAZING! Fast forward 4 years, and I needed Joe's help again. I had a few planks that had puncture holes in them that I was looking to replace. Joe was confident that he would be able to replace them. Sadly, I had some water leak the day before Joe's crew was set to come. Joe stopped by to take a look at the water damaged area as well as the puncture wounds and assured me that he would be able to fix all of it the next day. Four years is a long time for a company and many things can change. I am so excited to say that is not the case with Joe's Custom Floors. The crew, once again arrived and were kind, courteous, clean, respectful, and did an amazing job. They were worked well with the plumber, both being able to get their jobs done. Through conversation with the crew, I learned that one of them was here to put in the floors the first time and had nothing but great things to say about Joe himself. Joe's Custom Floors is my go to floor guy. He runs a great company with a crew that loves what they do, respects the customer, and does an amazing job! Joe charges a fair rate and is ready to help you with your next flooring project!
